Residence provides a Monday-Thursday residential provision for up to 29 of our school pupils in two houses for ages from 8 – 16.
‘Lighthouse’ is for girls and ‘Breydon’ is for boys. In addition on average 12 pupils have an opportunity to participate in an extended school day including activity clubs and social experiences (LINK).
A key aspect of residence is improving inadequate educational achievement and learning new skills including social and emotional aspects of learning (SEAL). On average during the year at least half our pupils will access residence in some way.
